Linear Solenoids

All Solenoids are rebuilt In-House.

They are stripped and ultrasonically cleaned, bushes are replaced, which are made in house. The solenoid turrets are coils are tested prior to reassemble.

Once reassembled they are recalibrated and tested once again.

We have been the only company (worldwide) to crack the ZF5HP19 and ZF5HP24 electronic control system and reverse engineer its data to control the transmission types above on project vehicles

Other achievements noted has been a fully functional electronic Control transmission for a Lotus Carlton “with BIG HP”.

We also acetified by ford and are able to work on new ford vehicle’s Under their warranty program.

OEM Valve Bodies

Many valve bodies such as the 09G and 09K can go beyond economical repair if aftermarket replacement valves are used. Replacement valves used to repair such as the above mentioned, does not insure that the unit is going to work. We have a unique way to test and rebuild the 09G/09K 100% But should you require a new unit , well we can supply that also.
