1) Automatic Transmissions are totally dismantled, cleaned and inspected
2) Every component is examined. All hard components such as; pumps,shafts,planetries,bearings
drums, that are not deemed to be 100% are replaced.
3) All soft components such as; seals, gaskets, filtres and any high failure rate components are
disgarded and replace with new.
4) Re-assembly of sub assemblies are pressure tested to insure hydraulic integrity
5) The valve body goes through the same process with vacuum testing, solenoid remanufacturing, and final calibration with our Hydra-test or Vbdaq data acquisition valve body
test machines to insure that the unit meets or exceeds oem specifications.
6) Transmissions are assembled end float is measured and documented. Clutch,band retentions checks are carried out and documented.
